Table "HEIGHT" attribute.

The W3C should look into reinstating the
HEIGHT attribute for the TABLE element.

While CSS positioning is provided, the
table method provides the author with a
way to center an object vertically and
horizontally in a browser of any
resolution.  So far, I haven't seen CSS
do that.
