I've assembled a short XHTML Modularization resource, containing a few
links to useful XHTML m12n stuff:-

   http://infomesh.net/2001/m12n/

I've also developed a tool that creates modularized XHTML Families:-

   http://infomesh.net/2001/m12n/modularizer/

And an implementation of XHTML m12n that I call "XHTML Plain", DTD for
which is attached to this email:-

   http://infomesh.net/2001/05/xhtmlplain/

and some other stuff, (including XHTML Simple in XML Schema), which is
linked from the top URI.
