In addition to my previous enquires and informing about my innovation and concept regarding 

developing an easy way to assign the colors required within the HTML, and because I believe 

that you are The appropriate and main organization, who is taking enough care, to lead the html 

programmers toward any development and enhancements re the implementation of the HTML,

I would like to send you the following Announcement, which is assumed to be published within 

one of the News Agency, very soon.

ANNOUNCEMENT
A new method of assigning colors within the HTML programming language, The 
(Hyper Text Markup Language) considered to be the backbone, for designing 
websites on the Internet, has recently been developed by a Jordanian 
computer programmer, Adnan Subhi Barad'i.

Mr. Barad'i states, "Before my invention of a simpler color assignment 
method within the HTML - in addition to automatically clicking color pallets 
- only four methods existed.  The first method is applied, by directly 
inserting the name of the color required, this method is limited to only 16 
different colors.  The second method is applied, by inserting a two-digit 
figure for each unit, which meant SIX DIGITS in total. The units indicate 
the shade value of color related to the Red, the Green and the Blue (RGB), 
which conform the three basic colors.  These units should be inserted 
consequently.  The third method is also applied in the same manner, but by 
inserting letters ranging from A to F, instead of using figures.  Again, the 
use of two alphabets describes each unit.  The fourth method is alpha 
numeric using a combination of the alphabet and numbers.

The second, third and fourth methods, are all limited to SIX DIGITS OR 
CHARACTERS - no more, no less.  My new discovery herein referred to as the 
"Fifth Method" works perfectly with FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT or more 
characters.  Even when characters are more, yet it saves time.  Most 
importantly, my method makes it simple for users around the world, to 
memorize their favorite colors without having to constantly reference 
charts. In addition, this method greatly minimizes errors.  Among other 
advantages, for the First time, Multi Languages and Brand Names are 
involved, as explained below.

This innovation facilitates the use of color assignments even when compared 
with those who choose the assignment of their intention, by picking colors 
automatically, through the color palettes, those user groups will find out 
that this new method is far superior, thus allowing free, unlimited choice 
of colors.  More than one reason supports my concept, since the colors stand 
obviously and clearly, for a precisely better choice.  Because the colors 
are appearing separately and not surrounded by similarities, colors stand 
out.  Each color is individually placed over a white background for dark and 
medium shades; while upon black background for the light and extra light 
different shade of colors.  Yet it is quicker, saving time and eliminating 
hassles with extreme ease for future reference to their assigned colors.
My new "Fifth Method" afford the user the ultimate flexibility in naming the 
color they frequently use more freely, and since there is almost no 
limitation on the number of characters allowed, different length for brand 
names, such as Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Chrysler, Rolls-Royce, Omega, Swatch, 
Dell and Compaq etc.
Additionally, personal names, EVEN sometimes when including TWO WORDS, with 
a space in between, such as BILL GATES, are functioning, leading to generate 
colors related to their personal names as well as local and the 
international brands, for the First time, to exist and to appear.  ARAB 
BANK, the well-known worldwide Prime Bank, (composed of two words with space 
in between), generates a beautiful attractive shade of green, which 
contrasts beautifully with white or black backgrounds, in addition to 
several other colors.

Brand names colors are usually selected and assigned by artists and graphic 
designers, then approved by managers, owners, or decision makers. The colors 
related to brand names through my new method is different, simply because it 
will be automatically assigned by the computer, according to the value and 
effect of its letters, and without any human interference.

The majority of brand names generate colors other than black, yet there are 
certain possibilities that I can let some of the few which its outcome is 
black, to be changed through certain very brief alteration.
Accordingly, now, brand names have two major colors that are related to the 
brand.  The well-known one commonly referred to as The "CORPORATE COLOR", 
and the newly born Brand Color. Thus, in addition to what is mentioned 
above, my "Fifth Method" creates a new terminology.  The best description of 
this terminology - in my opinion - should be referred to as the: WEB BRAND 
COLOR.
The new Web Brand Color will help in numerous ways.  The main feature, will 
significantly serve in the addition of a new effective advertising tool.  
This new tool will work and function as a prestigious media for promoting 
the services or the products of any world-renowned brand name, through the 
indirect power and effect, which is expected to generate a major impact.  
Since it will be presented to skillful personnel.  We should take into 
consideration that, this matter would take place through the data inside the 
computer, by looking and typing these brands within their color-coding on 
one hand. On the other, through the Fancy Color Charts available within 
their hands and vision.  The charts will be printed on thick and durable 
hardboard.
This issue could be explained in further detail, outside of this 
announcement. But I should add, that within the availability of my color 
charts on the Internet, a click on any brand name included as a vehicle to 
lead to a certain color, has also another function; it will also link the 
clicker, to the Web Site related to the brand name.  So the effect of this 
tool is extremely imperative and massive.  I have a new suggested concept in 
this respect, addressed to the Major Brand Owners, to enable the clickers 
not only to reach to a web site, but also it might lead them to be linked to 
an up-to-date changeable and variable Advertising Page or to a certain 
Schedule or new Announcements.

It is considered Great News, for people around the world who use languages 
other than English, that for the first time within the HTML codes - and 
through my new method - they can use their native language, to assign the 
required colors.  Even the programmers whom their languages doesn't include 
Latin letters; now, they can also, get the same advantages by dealing with 
their own native languages transliterated phonetically, using Latin letters. 
Thus, HTML users and programmers of many languages such as Chinese, 
Japanese, Indian, Arabic and Armenian, can assign the colors through these 
languages".  The trademark for the new method is: jordanianWEBcolor.  It is 
a simple innovation, yet it leads to great impact on features and results".

Since Mr. Baradi's copyright was enacted, through the Ministry of Culture - 
Department of the National Library - Amman (The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) 
Ref. No.: M A/1/2538 Dated September 6th. 2000, he has developed color 
charts related to his new method in English, as well as for numerous 
International languages including the above-mentioned languages all of which 
use letters other than Latin. These charts will be available on the Internet 
and in print.

Mr. Baradi added that while attending the Jordanian Pavilion as the Major 
Calligrapher at the Expo, which took place in Hanover - Germany, a 
journalist from Berlin named Barbara Schumacher was covering the main Expo 
activities, Ms. Schumacher met with Mr. Baradi and included an article about 
his skill in Calligraphy, as well as referring to his New HTML Method.  Her 
article was published and authenticated within several web sites on the 11th 
of August 2000.

  ENQUIRY ABOUT:
  HOW IMPORTANT THE HTML TRADITIONAL COLOR CODES WITH 
  ITS FOUR CHOICES (WHEN ASSIGNING THE REQUIRED COLORS) 
  IS AT PRESENT, WITH THE EXISTENCE OF THE AUTOMATED 
  VESSELS AVAILABLE SUCH AS THE FRONT PAGE OR THE EASILY 
  ACCESSIBLE COLOR PALLETS?

  I would like to add more details about my New Color Codes, to mention 
  its advantages in comparison with the well known Traditional HTML 
  Color Codes. and then enquire about another important points.

  ADVANTAGES:

  First:
  Less reference to the Charts time after another.

  Second:
  Saving time and preventing possible errors.

  Third:
  Beside English .. allow assigning the codes in multi languages.

  Also, I would like to make the following Announcement:

  MY NEW (SLIGHTLY CHANGED METHOD BASED ON THE HTML

  Accordingly, For the First Time on the Screen, a New Terminology 
  have the Chance to be born or to Exist. The definition of that 
  terminology, could be:

  COMPUTERIZED WEB BRAND COLOR IDENTITY  or:
  AUTO WEB BRAND COLOR IDENTITY.

  WHAT I KNOW ABOUT YOUR CORPORATION, IS THAT IT IS 
  A NON-PROFITABLE ORGANIZATION.  IF THE RULES AND 
  PRACTICE OF YOUR CORPORATION INCLUDE GENERATING 
  SOME SORT OF ADDITIONAL INCOME FROM DIFFERENT 
  SOURCES.  I WOULD LIKE TO PROPOSE A JOINT-VENTURE 
  COOPERATION WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION, BY SPONSORING 
  MY ACTIVITY WHICH ARE PRESENTED WITHIN THIS LETTER 
  AND YESTERDAY'S ONE. 

  Different than the Corporate Colors for the Brands, which will 
  be designed and a choice or selection regarding its color or 
  colors will be assigned.  The Auto Web Brand Color, will be 
  assigned only through the Computer.  This important matter was 
  not existing at all before.

  Please select one of the above Terminology to correspond 
  about the outcome of the New Codes, like the Fate, you cannot 
  change it, because it will be indicated automatically. or may be 
  you can come out of a better expression for the Outcome.
     
  So, the other question regarding the above, is:
  IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A NEW DEFINITION REGARDING 
  the  WEB COLOR RELATED TO THE NAME OF THE BRAND?

  IF SO, is my description to the Terminology is correct or 
  considered appropriate?
