Hi,

In http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-xhtml-modularization-20001020 occurs the term
"attribute list declaration" several times. In XML 1.0 it is written
"attribute-list declarations" (see http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml.html#attdecls)

In order to be consistent with XML 1.0 the spelling should be changed.
