browser compatibility

     Dear Sir or Madam:
     
     I am trying to find a good reference chart on browser compatibility.
     
     i.e. Netscape 4.75 supports JavaScript v.X, CSS X, does not support 
     XML, etc.
     
     I've found a few charts; however, even within the charts there is some 
     confusion as to what works with what (especially CSS)- can you 
     recommend a good site?
