AOL AND DHTML

Trying to find information about AOL browsers and DHTML.

I have heard that the new AOL browser is just a front-end for IE4.  Is this
true?

I'll take information, links, charts, basically anything.

After searching for two days I was able to find a punch list that covers
compatibility for all AOL browsers, except in the DHTML section the list
says its still being tested.  :-()
