Although I am not a W3C member, (and unfortunately I don't have time to 
join). I
would like to suggest something for the HTML specifications.

I was wondering, could a tag be added to clear ALL text formatting (basically
null all tag bits) so that all text afterwards is not marked up by tags (unless
a tag is put after the no-format tag)
