	this is already provided for in HTML, by <style>,
	<link rel="stylesheet", and style=.

	Of course, Netscape redefined HTML to have a uniquely
	defined presentation, and stylesheets are an attempt 
	to re-separate semantics from presentation, and
	therefore from syntax.
