no-cache?

Hello all:

I have a minor issue, and hopefully someone out there can give me a hand
or we can help work on a new fix....

I have a java applet that launches from a page that specifies a pragma
no-cache. What if the browser doesn't accept the pragma?
Is there a way to force the client to get another clean applet without
using cookies or java servlets?
