Stop the Cache to store pages..!

Does any body know, is there any TAG using which I can STOP the CACHE to
store my static page.

I mean there is a big problem with those pages, which are being updated
very frequently. Most of the ISP's are using Transparent proxies, means
this is out of YOUR control to call a page directly from its home
(server).

Every request would have to pass thru the Proxy server of your ISP,
despite of setting up your browser for "Direct connection to Internet"
or "No Proxy"
