I don't think so. The only thing you can tell is that HTML is frozen
*for now*. There is currently no HTML Working Group at W3C and therefore
no work in progress on HTML. But W3C is currently having a workshop on
this topic [1] and only after it's over we'll have a better idea of
what's going to be the future of HTML.
