Okay, you all MAY not have noticed that when you set
style=3D"margin: 0px"
in the body section of the HTML document, sure it loads as it should in =
Microsoft Internet Explorer, but in Netscape Communicator version 4.04, =
the margins are as if they were not set at all!  In Netscape, you must =
set marginheight=3D"0" and marginwidth=3D"0" in order to achieve this =
same behavior.  I guess what I'm protesting is the fact that Netscape =
and IE can't display pages the way they should :-(
