So, HTML markup in plain text files is dishonorable. Well, if the text can't
be inserted inline and parsed then it's pretty useless as a client-side
include. So it follows that the text should be completely independent--i.e.
rendered in a subwindow in whatever fashion the UA normally renders plain
text files, and the integrity of OBJECT not maligned.
