Yep. See my article in JASIS [1] and my comment on extending HTML in the
XML FAQ [2]. 

Event handlers should ideally be declared as entities using a notation
for the language. Let's hope the browser makers don't repeat the
mistake with XML in the rush to beat the other crowd to the marketplace.
