JS 1.1 in NS 3.0.  Which is why MSIE 3.0 doesn't have it, it does JS 1.0 -
or the NS 2.0 level.

NS 4.0 introduced JS 1.2.  1.2 is actually a nice language now that it is
Perl-like regexps.
