What happened to the TITLE attribute for A in the Cougar DTD dated 05/14/1997, at http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/MarkUp/Cougar/Cougar.dtd? Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 beta supports A TITLE as a tooltip, and I've been pondering using it internally for data management. I'd hate to see it go away in Cougar. -Doug
