Appendix A of the CSS1 Recommendation [1] codifies the presentation
suggestions of HTML 2.0. The HTML 3.2 equivalent should be similar,
although slightly more complicated. E.g. the FONT element and its
attributes cannot be converted through a style sheet alone.
