Sorry about my last response, I wasn't sure what I was thinking but
ANY would be more correctly what content I should accept, howver in
the case of HTML I should probably make the specification that:
<!ELEMENT name - O ANY -(HTML)>
On the assumption we're actually dealing with an HTML entry for the
DTD -- this is of course to specific for XML processing.
