After a quick read, some questions regarding LINK REV/REL attributes.

What happened to Parent, Sibling, Child, Top, and Owns? (as in <LINK
REL=TOP HREF="index.html">) Are they deprecated? And what about
Citation, Bibiography, Footnote, etc?

Also, some suggestions (for LINK REL=...):

 See-Also
   For documents that are related, but with no obvious hierarchy or
   relationship

 Maintains
   Site maintainer, as in <LINK REV=MAINTAINS
   HREF="webmaster@domain.net">, not necessarily the author.
