Date: 15 Jan 1997 02:52:00 +0000 (GMT) From: Peter Flynn <email@example.com> Subject: New release (v0r11) of the HTML Pro DTD To: firstname.lastname@example.org Message-id: <199701150252.CAA08987@curia.ucc.ie> I've just uploaded v0r11 of HTML Pro to ftp.ucc.ie in pub/html/htmlpro.zip and the online docs are on both http://www.ucc.ie/html/dtds/htmlpro.html and http://www.arbornet.org/~silmaril/dtds/html/htmlpro.html This fixes all reported bugs, and extends the DTD to include as much as I can find of the major browsers' elements, plus the WebTV proposals, in as rational manner as I can make out. The docs also include links to a .sgml copy which can be used with Panorama (both Free and Pro), a .ps copy, six .eps diagrams of the structure, copies of the manufacturers' source DTDs used, and a 132-col 66-line listing tabulating every element against every attribute (revealing :-) Comes with binaries for A/E, Emacs psgml, and N&F. Manufacturers of other software who would like their binaries included in a future release should mail me soon. Barring fast fixes of anything minor, I'm not planning any more changes until the summer, so this should be in effect the final beta. With the release of v1.0, future work will concentrate on XML. Please feel free to forward this to the relevant places. ///Peter -- "Bother", said Pooh, as he deleted his root directory.
