Frequently Requested Features

I just want to throw this out there, in case anyone feels 
like doing it.

Back when I used to play Netrek (an internet game very loosely 
based on star trek) I used to read the netrek newsgroup.  A FAQ 
was frequently posted there, that was called the "Frequently 
Requested Features" that contained those features that were 
often requested of the developers to be included in the netrek 
game. Listed with each requested feature was a reason why it 
would not be implemented.

I've seen a lot of things requested here more than once, so 
I wanted to throw this idea in case someone thinks a FRF 
file would be a good idea.
