I think this might be a good idea. Many technical WWW sites uses the =
same graphics i.e. for ActiveX Controls or the button for "Netscape now" =
a you have to download it every time. But there might be the problem, =
that everyone has to use the new tag.

By now not everyone uses tags like alt in formatting images and so its =
hard to imagine that all the webauthors will use this new tag.
