Subject: IMS HTTP request

I have to issue an "If-Modified-Since" HTTP request. As I understand this
should be done using the HT_CACHE_REFRESH Reload mode, however my
application is not using the cache at all, and I have to declare the
IMS date directly.

Does anyone have a clue??
