   '&laquo;' and '&raquo;' refer to the Latin 1 _double_ angle quotes
   (#171 and #187), not the single versions.

Sorry, you're quite right. Not enough caffeine last night: I saw
"guil" and missed the "single". Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
