Only if I can turn it off! I choose the size of my windows. I very, very,
very strongly object to having window sizes forced on me! I also dislike
pages which attempt to force me to resize to their chosen width or which are
cramped in the corner.

It is quite possible to produce excellent designs that work with a wide
range of window sizes. My advice would be to take advantage of the new
capabilities of the online media rather than try to force it into the
constraints of paper.
