   Since the IETF meeting in Los Angeles is this week, my guess is 
that w3.org is running itself until Friday. In other words, there's 
nothing that any of us can do. 

   Let's not add to the useless traffic by having a discussion 
about this. Many of us have mailed postmaster@w3.org, and since 
there's no reply, there probably will not be any until Friday or 
so. Ignore it, filter it, unsubscribe, do whatever you have to 
do to tolerate it, but please--let's not discuss it to death. 

  I'm sure it's unintentional and there will be plenty of apologies 
when they all return.
