Well, I do.  (No I don't want to fight over it.)

And I think it is a moot point.  Both NetScape and Microscoft are supporting
it - do you really think they would permit the W3C to knock it out of the
spec?

I don't think there is a chance in hell of that.

Instead of trying to get it out of the draft, we should work on making it
better than it is.
