I'm looking at it with MSIE 3.0b1. There is about a "pinky's" worth of
vertical space from the bottom of the under construction gif down to the
horizontal rule in that left column, and the page ends at that rule.
I don't see a half screen's worth empty... (is your screen 2 pinkies high?;)
Horizontal pinky, that is. :)

It is a very nice page! I was all set to complain about it not fittin within
my window width, but it turned out to be MSIE's awful "pre-rendering" of
images not yet loaded (darn thing ignores height/width specifications... hey,
you should include those even so! Navigator uses 'em at least).
