On my maxed-out 800x600 (15" Win 3.11) NS 3.0b6, I have to scroll
the top pane too to see the category headers for the middle pane. The
bottom noscroll pane cuts off the copyright statement. Width adapts
well to resizing.  The problem seems to be in the height. 

I also frequently get "transfer interrupted" messages from it, that
usually, but not always, correct themselves.  This includes first 
loading as well as selecting categories once the frame is loaded.
Is that NS beta6 talking or a problem?
