THis is one of the new features proposed by HTML 3.0. In a FORM type <INPUT
NAME=INCLUDE TYPE=FILE ACCEPT="     ">.

In the blank space, type the MIME type of the accepted files. A * is a
wildcharacter. Examples are */* for any file, image/* for images,
audio/basic fot basic audio files.
