Well,
If you want to design a page like that and you don't
want to put the links below it, try this. There is a
way (I think the alt tag) to have words displayed
when people don't load an image. Just put the URL
of a text-based page in those comments. That way,
if the page is loaded with the images--that's all you
see - pictures. If the person doesn't load the image,
then they get a little blurb saying:
-image:load http://www.foo.edu/text.html
or something. Try that?
