They were put together by me originally.  They have since been
Nutscapified by the current maintainer of the AGOCG (Advisory Group on
Computer Graphics) Web server, an modification I wish to distance myself
from.

I am willing to collate information and produce a page, but it will not
get done this week as my diary is chock full.  I should be able to start
on this on Weds 9th August
