NCSA has an experimental implementation of tables, as do we in HoTMetaL PRO,
based on the model done for the ICADD committee, suitable for conversion
into Braille, for example, for the visually impaired.

Since there aren't any supported browsers out there yet with tables,
you'll have to use <PRE> or an inline GIF for now.
