Help getting back on www-html, please?

Somehow I have been deleted from the www-html mailing list.
This is a bit disconcerting, as I am also a member of the
HTML Working Group, and even more so because I recently
had an epiphany which I would like to discuss on this list.

When I try to re-subscribe, I get the mail that follows.

	>To: listproc@www0.cern.ch

	Unrecognized request TO:

	Report any problems to 'listmaster@info.cern.ch'.
For a list of the available requests send a message
to listproc@info.cern.ch with a body consisting of
	nothing but the word HELP

PS: Any subsequent requests that you might have submitted
	have been ignored.

Since it is complaining about the To: line in my mail
asking to "SUBSCRIBE www-html Murray Maloney" or "HELP",
I have to assume that I am sending my request to the
wrong listserver, or at least a broken listserver.

Can someone out there help me figure out what to do?
I have already sent mail to listmaster@www0.cern.ch,
but to no avail.

Murray
