The latest version of the draft HTML 3.0 DTD is now available from
ftp://15.254.100.100/pub/WWW/html3.dtd
I will run through the differences from the 2.0 spec in the HTML working group
meeting and look forward to collecting a list of issues to feed back into the
nascent Internet draft. The latter will by then be available on-line in an
incomplete form (and evolving form) via the info.cern.ch technical pages.
