Contribution to the W3C HTML test suite

Hi, all.
On behalf of Microsoft Corporation, Openwave Systems Inc. and America 
Online Inc., we would like to contribute a set of HTML tests and 
testable assertions in support of the W3C HTML 4.01 Test Suite 
development.   Additionally this contribution has been reviewed by 
Opera Software Corporation and The Web Standards Project 
(http://webstandards.org/).

The Contributors hereby make certain materials, as described below,
