XHTML 1.1 PER spec still lists class-attribute datatype as NMTOKENS

The XHTML 1.1 PER draft still has problem with its description for
the datatype of the class attribute.

I see that while the status section[1] states that the spec was
changed to permit the class attribute to have an empty value, the
"Attribute collections"[2] section still lists the datatype for
class as NMTOKENS:
