Actually xhtml11-arch.dtd and xhtml-redecl-1.mod do not appear to exist at 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/ so those two are an issue for the online version 
of xhtml.cat as well.  http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/xhtml-ruby-1.mod exists 
but the ruby DTD module is not listed in the spec's DTD module 
implementations, just xhtml.cat.
