Typo in HTML 4.01 Transitional DTD

Hi, there is a typo on line 605 of the HTML 4.01 Transitional DTD. ( http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd )

To jump to it, find the string "arablic". That should be "arabic".

Nothing important, but I thought I'd report it anyway since I'm bored here at work :)
