Apparent Error in "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"

There seems to be an error in the loose.dtd
There's a missing semicolon after the entity "StyleSheet".

Line 1055: <!ELEMENT STYLE - - %StyleSheet        -- style info -->

There should be a semicolon after the 't' in StyleSheet. e.g. it
should be:

<!ELEMENT STYLE - - %StyleSheet;        -- style info -->
