So we seem to be a lot to ask for h* removal or at least some  
deprecation. I agree with Eric's proposal on deprectation.

Remember that XHTML 2 does not make XHTML 1 (or previous ones)  
obsolete. If someone doesn't like XHTML 2, he doesn't use it and  
that's it. Consequently, XHTML should not be afraid of deprecating h*.
