[META] splitting ML

Hi,

I supposed this had already been discussed, but what about *splitting  
ML* (like one for each XHTML module and maybe an extra one for  
general discussions, like the current <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/ 
Public/www-html/2006Sep/0030.html> Some comments on the current draft  
thread) ?
