Hi,
This is a QA Review comment for "XHTML 2.0"

About http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml2-20060726/mod-xforms.html

XHTML 2.0 says

"This section is normative for purposes of
defining the integration of XForms into XHTML 2.0.
The XForms language itself is normatively
	defined in [XFORMS]."

Simpler to say:

"An XHTML 2.0 implementation MUST include XForms
(here the version) + the reference."

It seems to be XForms 1.1
Then the rest is not normative, except if there are specific interactions of XForms in XHTML 2.0, then define exactly how they interact.
