xhtml2 attributes type, srctype and hreftype

Hello!

Within the document "type" is often use where "srctype" or "hreftype" is intended.

The handler module uses "type" instead of "srctype".

In the list of attributes "type" is linked to the object module, although there "srctype" is used (but see above).

Martin Kutschker

PS: IMHO the attribute "srclang" is missing. Eg a video could be available in more than one language.

PPS: IMHO the attribute "encoding" should also be splitted into "srcenc" and "hrefenc". A to define the encoding of the embedded object (which may include text data) and B to resove any ambiguity between the encoding of the documents linked to with "src" and "href".
