inconsistent between RNG and WD: layout attribute, full attribute for abbr

There are some inconsistencies between the XHTML2 WD and
the accompanying RELAX NG grammars ...

shows a "layout attribute".
However it is not available in the RNG grammars.

http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-xhtml2-20050527/mod-text.html#sec_9.1.
shows a "full" attribute for the "abbr" element. 
However it is not available in the RNG grammars.
