XHTML 1.0 Strict annoted DTD error

In the XHTML 1.0 Strict annoted DTD 
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/dtds.html#a_dtd_XHTML-1.0-Strict>, where it 
defines the entity %events; ("<!ENTITY % events"), I noticed in the 
comments above it, it doesn't mention the onmouseover attribute that is 
listed. I did not check other DTDs for the same error.
