[XHTML 2] Identifying the content type of inline handler.

Dear HTML Working Group,

18.1 states
| type = ContentTypes
| This attribute specifies the allowable content types of the resource 
referenced
| by the relevant src URI.

Please change this definition so it also specifies the content of the in 
document script, ie remove the restriction that is only specifies URI 
referenced content.
