[XHTML 2] ismap attribute click location

Dear HTML Working Group,

Please change the ismap submission behaviour such that a server can 
recognise the difference between a click at 0,0 and the user agent not 
offering the facility, I would suggest -1,-1 as an appropriate mechanism.
