Erratum in HTML 4.01 Specification, s.13.3.2

Hi Eds --

In the HTML 4.01 Specification (24 December 1999), section 13.3.2, in the second
HTML sample (immediately following the phrase "designating the resource.",
there's a spurious close-angle-bracket at the end of the PARAM's "value"
attribute.

Doesn't seem to have been mentioned in the Errata of 2001/05/12, last entry
no.17.
