Typo in xhtml 1.0 strict DTD

Hello HTML Editors,

Somebody reported to me that the XHTML 1.0 strict DTD [1] has a spelling
mistake, which I didn't find reported on [2]. Line 825 (a comment in the
DTD) reads "CALS" where (supposedly) "COLS" was meant.
